Biography. Sue Baic studied for an MSc in Nutrition at the University of London. She later qualified as a Dietitian and is registered with the Health Professions Council (www.hpc-uk.org) and the Nutrition Society (www.nutritionsociety.org).
Sue worked in the National Health Service for fifteen years including eight years as a community dietitian. She has also worked in private practice and is trained in counselling and behaviour change skills. :: more ::
Consultancy. Sue Baic, MSc, is a qualified dietitian and nutritionist. She has worked for over ten years as a nutrition consultant providing evidence-based and up-to-date nutritional advice and support to corporate clients including advertising, marketing, media, Public Relations, consumer watchdog organisations, the food industry and in publishing and reviewing.
