Background. Sue Baic studied for an MSc in Nutrition at the University of Londoin. She later qualified as a Dietitian and is registered with the Health Professions Council (www.hpc-uk.org)
and the Nutrition Society (www.nutritionsociety.org).

She has also worked part time as a Lecturer in Nutrition and Public Health at the University of Bristol since 2001 where she is Programme Director for the Master of Science in Nutrition Physical Activity and Public Health (www.bristol.ac.uk/ehs/msc/msc2). Since 1995 she also has run her own freelance nutrition consultancy. |
